Greetings from Gary & Sarah Milek
Our new Peony, Hosta and Daylily selections are outstanding! Come
visit and treat yourself to a stroll around the gardens and see the
Art Gallery while you plant shop. Vermont is showing its
eco-green-side more than ever and we are proud to be a part of the
movement towards sustainability! We use and sell ecologically-safe
products that are good for the earth as well as the gardener. It is
important to feed the soil and not just the plants—our soil mixes
contain Vermont Compost and are super-charged with organic
amendments. We are also happy to talk and advise about the products
and plants that we carry.
In addition to unusual perennials and
herbs we also carry:
| ● |
Products to discourage deer, slugs,
groundhogs, squirrels and voles. |
| ● |
Fertilizers, pest management and
non-chemical herbicide. |
| ● |
VEGETABLE and HERB SEEDLINGS, on
sale as long as they last. |
| ● |
White cedar raised beds in three
sizes—ideal for vegetable gardening! |
| ● |
We also accept our pots back to wash
and use again. |

We’re easy
to find! Cider Hill is 2-1/2 miles from the traffic light in the center of
Windsor, where
you turn onto State Street. At the end of State Street, continue up the
hill to Hunt Road—do not
bear right toward the hospital.
When you think you’ve gone too far, you’re almost there! Look for our sign
on the left.
